Valentine Shaker Card
Hi, friends! There’s still time to make some Valentine cards, so here’s another idea for you.

This is a card I got in a swap in Michigan, designed by Shelley Toney. Shelley used the popular Sure Do Love You stamp set, but with a great twist – she made this into a shaker card using the adhesive foam strips! Filled with the Gold Glitter Flakes that you can find on page 19 in the Spring catalog – what could be more fun?
Please keep posting your Valentine cards – we can always use more inspiration!
Happy Stamping!
Picture Perfect Birthday Card
Hi, friends! This is a fast and easy birthday card I designed. I know – I usually copy from other creative people, but I had a lot of fun with this colorful card.

All of the stamped images come from the 18-piece Picture Perfect Birthday stamp set. There are so many choices of images and greetings in this set. I went with the candles and the noise-maker.
I love the bright, rich color of Emerald Envy (retiring May 31), so I started with that. I pulled out a few sheets of cardstock to check for good matches, and I decided on Daffodil Delight and the new Berry Burst (very popular this year.)
Once I stamped my images, I threw in some confetti (yes, those are stamps, too!). I wrapped a piece of Striped Grosgrain ribbon around my picture, then stamped and cut out the noise-maker and attache it with Dimensionals.
Added a little bling with some rhinestones, and voila! A fun, very easy card to make.
This is going to be my Swap Card at my Card Techniques Party Night in February. I hope they like it!
Happy stamping!
Pretty Petal Passion Card
Hi, friends! This is a pretty example of how the Memories & More Card Packs can be used not only for scrapbooking, but to make a card!
My friend Paula Clevenger made this pretty, soft yellow card using So Saffron, Whisper White and Basic Black cardstock. The printed flowers are not stamped, but one of the Memories & More cards. Paula colored the flowers with our new Blends, added a few rhinestones, and she has a fast, beautiful card all ready for a good friend.

These cards are part of the Petal Passion suite on pages 22-23 of the Spring catalog. This is by far one of my favorite suites, so stay tuned for more. Or better yet, I would love it if you post some of your own creations.
Happy stamping!
Dazzling Ice Cream Cone Card
Hi friends! This card was voted the favorite by my hostess Jeanine and her fun family on Friday night. We used the Cool Treats stamp set to make this cute half-front card.

Pick a Pattern designer paper graces the front panel. We stamped the cones on Crumb Cake card stock and attached them to a Stitched Shapes white oval. The ice cream was the fun part! We used sponge daubers to add random colors to white cardstock (Flirty Flamingo, Daffodil Delight and Pool Party), then cut out with the Frozen Treats dies. We then covered the ice cream with Dazzling Diamonds, which muted the colors and looked fantastic!
Let me know how you like this cute card. Happy Stamping!
Have You Seen Our Brand New Coloring Tool – Brusho Crystal Colour?
Hi, friends! I had to share this fun new coloring tool with you – Brusho Crystal Colour! You get five pots of watercolor ink crystals – mix with water to make watercolor washes and designs.

Brusho is on page 26 of your new spring catalog (item #144101, $30 for five pots.) There are several techniques you can use with Brusho; take a few minutes to watch this short video.
If you choose to order Brusho during Sale-a-Bration, you’ll get to select a free item from the SAB catalog for each $50 you order. Keep that in mind before you check out!
Let me know what you think of this new coloring technique.
Lovely Wishes – Yes, Spring Will Come!

Good morning, friends! We made this simple yet beautiful card at my two card parties this weekend (thank you Lupe and Marianne for the fun parties!)
This card was designed by my friend Lisa Lange, using the Lovely Wishes stamp set from the new Spring catalog.
We used the Calypso Coral and Old Olive Blends to color the leaves and flowers. Always use Memento ink when coloring with the Blends.

Another fun tip – did you know that you can put multiple stamps on one block to make stamping easier? Also great when you’re making multiple cards.

Thank you, Lisa, for the beautiful design. It gives us hope that spring will come!
Lots of Lavender FREE Stamp Set!
Hi, friends! I made this card when I was participating in a swap, and I like it so much I wanted to share it with you.

It’s such an easy card to make, yet it’s super elegant and pretty. I started with the Lots of Lavender stamp set I got for free with Sale-a-Bration (yes, demonstrators get all the free stuff you can get, plus more!) I stamped the flower outline in black ink, then stamped the petals with Sweet Sugarplum (that’s an In-Color that’s retiring on May 31 – stock up while you can!) I then stamped the bow in Berry Burst, and the leaves & stems in Pear Pizzazz. The stamps have that not-perfect watercolor look that I love. I used an oval framelit to cut out the image.

The designer paper is Coffee Break, and don’t you just love the Berry Burst Metallic-Edge ribbon! It’s new, from the Spring catalog, and I’ve been using it on everything. I sure hope Stampin’ Up comes out with more colors in the big catalog in June.
Back to our card. Did you notice that I added a little metal embellishment above the ribbon? Those are the new Petal Passion embellishments, also in the spring catalog. I just attached it with a glue dot.
Let me know if you like this card. If you’d like to place an order for some of these supplies, click here. It’s Sale-a-Bration – -so you’ll get to pick a free item for every $50 you order. Cheers!
My Favorite Suite from the Spring Catalog – Petal Palette!
Hi, everyone! I wanted to share this card I designed using products from the brand new Petal Palette suite. I love the little bird and the beautiful designer paper and framelits!

This suite has bundle pricing (10% off if you order the stamps and framelits together). The beautiful designer paper has a lot of different prints in shades of black and white. You can use as is, or color directly onto the designer paper with the new Blends alcohol markers. I used Lemon Lime Twist, Black and White cardstock, and the Softly Falling embossing folder for the black strip.
I hope you like this simple card, and how it pops with the lemon-lime and black combination. If you want to purchase this bundle, click here. Have a great day!
