On this super cold day (minus 8 degrees as I write this,) I decided that my first post would be this bright and cheerful birthday card created by Wanda Johnson – it was one of the cards in the swaps I posted the other day.  You can see how simple this would be to make, and it uses two free items from Sale-a-Bration (which officially starts on Wednesday, January 3.)  

The cute little panda and greeting come from the Panda Party stamp set – I’ve posted another card using this darling set.  The bright and beautiful designer paper is from the Bubble & Fizz 12″ x 12″ package.  Both of these items are free options in the SAB brochure – select one free item for every $50 ordered. 

The card base is my favorite this year – Lemon Lime Twist, and I love how the bright colors pop with the addition of the black borders.  To finish off with some bling, there’s Wink of Stella on the balloon.

This card would be so easy to make a bunch of – you would have birthday cards for both kids and adults on hand.  One pack of the designer paper has enough for you to make 36 cards!
